Shipping

Orders ship within 2–3 business days. Standard delivery runs 5–7 business days from ship date. Free shipping on orders over $75.

We ship USPS from stocked inventory in the United States. Tracking info hits your inbox as soon as the label prints. If your order hasn't moved in 5+ business days, reach out — we'll chase it down.

Returns

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. The shirt needs to be unworn, unwashed, with tags still on — the same condition it showed up in. Sometimes the fit isn't right or the color looked different on screen. No hard feelings.

To start a return, email us at support@pockettheoryhq.com with your order number and we'll send you a return label. Refunds process within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Email us before sending anything back. If the size you need is in stock, we'll set up a straight swap and get the right one headed your way. Check the size chart if you're not sure where you land.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If something shows up damaged or we sent the wrong thing, that's on us. Email a photo to support@pockettheoryhq.com and we'll get it sorted — replacement or refund, your call. No return shipment needed for damaged goods.

All tees are 4.3 oz. premium tri-blend — 50% polyester, 25% combed ringspun cotton, 25% rayon. Fabric laundered for reduced shrinkage. Relaxed unisex fit, true to size. 1x1 baby rib-knit set-in collar, tear-away label, sideseamed with shoulder-to-shoulder taping. Printed in the USA.
